Once you place an order, our team will get to work on bringing your vision to life. It will be carefully packed in our mailer box along with all the instructions and tools you need to install your steering wheel wrap.

Yes - If you're short on time or just want us to take care of installation, we offer an Installation Service in Sydney.

Service cost is $150 and appointments are on a first come first serve basis. Times and dates can be selected within the Cart page.

Installations are at our Alexandria Steering Wheel Wraps Studio - 2.08/106-110 Euston Road, Alexandria NSW 2015.

Installation takes approximately 2 hours.

We're directly opposite Sydney Park, and only a 10min walk to The Grounds of Alexandria.

We've taken extra care to ensure your steering wheel wrap arrives in the condition it left us in.

Your steering wheel wrap will be safely packed in our mailer box with all the necessary tools and instructions neatly packed inside.

We get asked this question often and although you do need to set aside a decent amount of time - we reckon anyone can install a steering wheel wrap!

As we're so confident in this - if in the off chance you can't install a wrap even after consulting with our team, you can send your wrap back to us and we'll offer you a full refund.

Because we use genuine leather, you'll need to be careful with what products you use to clean your steering wheel wrap.

A dedicated leather cleaner with a microfibre cloth is best, however a slightly damp microfibre cloth will work just fine. This is also the preferred cleaning method for the vegan leather wrap variants.

With Alcantara®, it's a little different. To keep your Alcantara® cover looking its best - a quick brush down with a leather or dedicated Alcantara® brush after each use will be sufficient. This will enable you to never really need to use any cleaning product on your Alcantara® steering wheel cover.

We understand this is not realistic for most people and so if your Alcantara® steering wheel cover looks like it needs some TLC - A dedicated Alcantara® cleaner and a microfibre cloth will work wonders.

Yes of course! All steering wheel wraps come with an 12 month warranty.

There are a few points to keep in mind where our warranty won't apply:

• Alcantara® if not cleaned regularly can develop a matted down look and appear faulty. This is not the case and the Alcantara® cover just needs to be cleaned.
• Damage from normal wear and tear is not covered under our warranty. As much as we would love our products to stand the test of time, it will begin to change and wear after regular use, or improper cleaning - just like your original steering wheel would. The benefit of having your wrap wear out is far better than having your original steering wheel wear out, as replacing your entire steering wheel is far costlier.
• Damage from improper installation is also not covered under our warranty. Each wrap is perfectly cut to fit your exact steering wheel. It is here that we ask that you pay extra attention when installing your wrap to ensure it is centred and properly positioned all the way around. Care must also be taken when tucking the edges under your steering wheel trim as doing so too hard will damage the wrap.

Quite the opposite! Our steering wheel wraps are perfectly safe to use on your steering wheel and not only will it make your steering wheel look and feel brand new, it will keep your original steering wheel in tip top condition.

The caveat to this of course is that if your original wheel is already damaged, specifically if the outer material is peeling. Using tape and later removing/uninstalling the wrap will pull more of the peeling material off your wheel.

No. Our steering wheel wraps are like traditional steering wheel covers in the sense that they are also removable. If your wrap is looking like it has seen better days, or you're just looking to change styles again - simply cut out the thread and remove the wrap.

If you've used the double sided tape which has been included - simply wipe off with warm soapy water.

Our steering wheel wraps are made of various materials and their thicknesses is outlined below:

• Genuine Leather: 1.4mm ± 0.05mm
• Vegan Leather: 1.4mm ± 0.05mm
• Alcantara: 1.2mm ± 0.05mm
• Carbon Fibre (Vinyl) 1.3mm ± 0.05mm

Yes, however there are a few caveats to keep in mind.

It may seem tempting to remove the old cover on your steering wheel, but if you're considering our wraps as a potential solution to repair your steering wheel - we don't recommend you do this.

Our wraps are designed using measurements taken from the original wheel, so if you were to remove your original cover, the wheel would be thinner and our wrap would not fit as intended.

What we normally do in these situations is to patch up or repair the torn section on your steering wheel, before installing our wrap over the top. This ensures the damage underneath cannot be felt or seen.

If you've received your wrap and think you can't install it, you're welcome to send the wrap back to us and we'll offer you a full refund upon inspection of the wrap. The wrap must be in new, unused condition how you received it.

If your steering wheel wrap arrives damaged - we will gladly offer you a replacement upon inspection of the damage. In this instance, we ask that you send an email to info@steeringwheelwraps.com.au as soon as possible with a photo of the damaged product.

We want to ensure that we are providing you with the best level of customer service possible. That's why as soon as we receive your email and assess the evidence you have provided us, we will action your refund immediately.

If we determine that you're eligible for a refund, you will receive an email from our end to say your refund has been processed. From here, it will take 7-10 business days for the funds to land back into your account - depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we highly recommend you contact your bank directly.
